Thank you to my wonderful wife Elisa. She already has so much to do, but she selfishlessly gives even more everytime this gout strickens my body. I know it must be hard on her, yet she never complains or makes me feel like a burden. How can I even begin to thank such a beautiful person? I hope you know how much I appreciate and LOVE you Elisa.
